Responsibilities

Lead frontend and full-stack teams building Supio’s end-to-end application experience

Partner with product, design, and AI teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences in React

Define the architecture and component systems powering all user-facing applications

Drive excellence in UI performance, accessibility, and design systems

Champion experimentation, user feedback, and rapid iteration across product surfaces

Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on speed, empathy, and quality

Collaborate with the Core Systems group to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend platforms

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience leading high-performing teams shipping complex SaaS or AI-driven products

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines

Preferred

Experienced leader in frontend or full-stack development, with a passion for elegant user experiences

Strong technical background in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud-based application development

Proven ability to deliver polished, high-performance products in collaboration with design and product teams

Empathetic leader who builds teams that thrive on curiosity, ownership, and impact
