Responsibilities

Develop Comprehensive Cost Estimates: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for hyperscale data center projects, including materials, labor, engineering, travel, tooling, and other related expenses

Project Documentation Analysis: Review and analyze contract documents, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine project scope, requirements, and potential inconsistencies

Bid and Proposal Preparation: Create detailed bid proposals and submissions, ensuring alignment with project budgets and client expectations

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, monitor scope changes, and submit timely change orders as needed

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to refine cost projections and ensure smooth transitions throughout the project life cycle

Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Source and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements

Compliance and Standards: Ensure all estimates and proposals adhere to industry standards, building codes, and company policies

Database Management: Maintain up-to-date databases of costs, trends, and market conditions relevant to data center construction
