Responsibilities

Monitors the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; Ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection; Ensures receiving reports accurately report material received. Oversees the movement of material from receiving to controlled storage in an efficient, effective, and safe manner
Monitors and measures team member performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers
Provides appropriate equipment to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Supervisory experienceLogistics industry experienceInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsLeadership skills

Required

Requires a high school diploma
Experience supervising in an automotive or logistics based industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

A college degree is preferred
