Responsibilities
Direct and supervise daily crew activities, schedules, and performance
Enforce accountability for attendance, behavior, and quality of work
Coach and mentor team members, setting a high bar for productivity and professionalism
Be willing to step in and lead crews directly if the situation requires—it’s about leading from the front
Conduct plant visits to engage with plant managers and confirm service delivery
Resolve client concerns on-site and maintain strong, professional relationships
Identify opportunities for additional services (hopper cleaning, drum replacement, etc.)
Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and on-site inspections
Enforce confined space entry, PPE usage, and OSHA compliance
Oversee incident reporting, corrective actions, and follow-up
Partner in recruiting efforts, interviewing, and onboarding new crew members
Deliver hands-on field training and ensure FastField readiness
Track development progress and create growth opportunities for team members
Oversee tools, fleet readiness, and inventory controls
Approve and coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors
Reduce downtime and tool loss through oversight and reporting
Ensure 100% FastField compliance for job reporting
Audit submissions for accuracy and timeliness
Use job performance data to drive accountability and operational improvements
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of field service leadership or logistics operations experience
Hands-on background managing crews and client-facing responsibilities
Strong safety mindset with knowledge of OSHA and confined space standards
Technically fluent with mobile reporting systems and Excel
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to lead and engage diverse crews
