Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and organizing files
Help onboard new hires, including preparing orientation materials and setting up systems access
Participate in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives
Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
Assist with performance management, training, and development projects
Provide general administrative support to the People team
Qualification
Required
Motivated and detail-oriented
Student or recent graduate
Hands-on experience in human resources and people operations
Ability to assist with day-to-day HR operations
Ability to maintain employee records and organize files
Ability to help onboard new hires
Ability to prepare orientation materials and set up systems access
Ability to participate in planning and executing employee engagement and culture initiatives
Ability to conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and compliance requirements
Ability to assist with performance management, training, and development projects
