Responsibilities

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex rheumatologic conditions, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases
Perform musculoskeletal exams, order and interpret labs/imaging, and conduct in-office procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, and ultrasound-guided assessments (as credentialed)
Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and specialists to create integrated, evidence-based treatment plans
Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to Evara Health providers on rheumatologic issues
Support patient education, engagement, and self-management strategies while contributing to quality initiatives that improve outcomes and access to care
Complete timely and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance with Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, and accreditation standards

Required

Graduation from Accredited Medical School
Completion of an accredited Residency in Rheumatology required
Board Certified or eligible
