They are seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform general maintenance tasks, including electrical and plumbing work, while ensuring timely completion of work orders across multiple properties.

Responsibilities
Organize materials, tools, and equipment to perform daily assignments
Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program
Check pending work orders daily and address each work order in a timely fashion
Perform basic electrical work
Perform basic plumbing work
Perform Preventive Maintenance work orders as needed
Check HVAC equipment
Perform general maintenance to resident suites and public areas
Qualification
Required
Must have the ability to work across all three properties as needed
Full Time Position- 40 hours, weekdays and weekends (this position will not have a set schedule)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Command of English Language- both spoken and written
Preferred
Strong knowledge of residential maintenance preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs)
Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling are a plus
