They are seeking a Legal Assistant to work closely with Production Operators and Operations Analysts, focusing on identifying and remediating cases that require detailed attention in a high-volume practice.

Responsibilities

Review exceptions

Examine cases which have fallen out of the firm’s production pipeline

Think critically to determine whether identified cases are subject to unique circumstances

Diagnose exceptions and report back to firm managers and clients

Remediate

Formulate and execute solutions to ensure exceptions continue moving through the firm’s production pipeline
