Legal Assistant - Operations Department
Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a rapidly expanding creditors’ rights law firm servicing large financial institutions across the country. They are seeking a Legal Assistant to work closely with Production Operators and Operations Analysts, focusing on identifying and remediating cases that require detailed attention in a high-volume practice.

Responsibilities
Review exceptions
Examine cases which have fallen out of the firm’s production pipeline
Think critically to determine whether identified cases are subject to unique circumstances
Diagnose exceptions and report back to firm managers and clients
Remediate
Formulate and execute solutions to ensure exceptions continue moving through the firm’s production pipeline

Beat deadlines
Exhibit time-management skills/ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Take pride in the ability to work independently and problem solve
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette
Possess foundational computer knowledge and skills including familiarity with programs within the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
Experience in a legal office may compensate for education
Preferred
Individuals who excel in this role typically have academic backgrounds in operations management, criminal justice, pre-law, and/or data analysis
Individuals who excel in this role typically have industry experience in the fields of collections and/or personal injury law
