Workforce Analyst
Harkcon, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support various workforce and organizational analyses. The role involves conducting end-user needs assessments, consulting with clients, and producing high-quality written documents to improve business processes and performance.

Responsibilities
Works under the supervision of Project Managers, supporting various workforce and organizational analyses typically associated with business process improvement or the development of training and other performance support solutions
Conduct end-user needs assessment and performance assessment, assist in analyzing results to determine performance gaps at the organizational, team and individual level
Consult with clients to identify new requirements and strategies
Document existing business processes: conduct analyses and formulate & present innovative recommendations to improve effectiveness & efficiency
Lead and manage various data collection activities such as data analyses, direct observations, interviews, and focus groups
Conduct, document, and present analyses related to workforce and organizational performance such as process mapping, cost-benefit analyses, job-task analysis, and staffing analyses
Produce high quality written documents that are technically accurate, sensibly organized, articulate and compliant with best practices for style and business writing standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS)
1-3 years of experience participating in workforce analysis
Suitable substitution is Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Systems Design with academic or work emphasis on analysis
This position includes working on U.S. Government contracts which will require successfully completing a background investigation
Advanced knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to present complex information clearly
Ability to recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist
Ability to evaluate and assess strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions
Ability to work effectively with others and have good interpersonal skills such as organization, working well under pressure, both supervised and independently
Ability to work in both a team environment and as a motivated self-starter
Possess excellent writing and oral communication skills
Experience managing, tracking, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously and with meeting short deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Training/Curriculum Development preferred
