Responsibilities
Leads the structural portion of major projects in the areas of industrial, commercial, science + technology
Manages all structural engineering contributions to projects including on-site data gathering, design, specifications, client contact, contract documents, shop drawing review and construction coordination
Proactively works across multi-discipline design teams
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on structures; PE (required or ability to get licensed)
10+ years of experience in structural design and analysis/project leadership responsibilities
Wide range of knowledge in design of structural steel, concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, deep foundations, precast
Working knowledge of Revit
Competence in design/analysis software such as Ram Structures/Elements, TEDDS, Hilti Profis, L-Pile
Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities, work independently and complete assignments to schedule
