Responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor for BWI sales reps and customers—answering product, availability, and usage questions
Field incoming calls from prospective customers and guide them through our offerings
Share details about our product lines, pricing, delivery schedules, and credit options
Help keep our showroom sharp, stocked, and welcoming
Enter phone orders accurately and efficiently
Call existing and potential customers to promote exciting new products and seasonal promotions
Partner with outside sales reps to provide a seamless customer experience
Support local walk-in customers with product knowledge and order support
Resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset and a service-first attitude
Assisting with the receipt of incoming inventory (forklift certification preferred)
Assist with organizing outgoing customer orders
During peak selling periods, assisting with local deliveries
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience in agronomy, horticulture, or pest control
Preferred
Forklift certification preferred
