Responsibilities

Own Cloudsmith’s documentation content, setting standards, refining the information architecture and defining and maintaining publishing workflows

Write and maintain high-quality documentation across product areas, including product guides, tutorials, API references, and release notes

Partner with product managers and engineers to document new features as they ship

Continuously improve discoverability and usability through feedback, analytics, and iteration

Maintain and expand the style guide to help others write clearly and consistently

Create and manage multimedia assets, including screenshots and videos that enhance our documentation and learning experience

Be an informed user of Cloudsmith’s products, features and integrations

Support partner integrations by ensuring partner documentation about Cloudsmith is accurate and complete
