Start in 2026 SpringGirl Scouts of Eastern Missouri is offering an internship program designed to provide students with hands-on experience while supporting their mission to impact the lives of girls in the Eastern Missouri region. As a Retail Sales & Services Associate Intern, you will work with the Retail Sales & Services staff, focusing on operations and marketing of retail sales and services, while gaining essential skills in customer service and inventory management.

Providing customer service to shoppers and utilizing sales skills to promote product
Administer inventory management
Assist in purchasing and receiving product
Complete visual merchandising within the Girl Scout Shop and at events
Qualification
Required
Interns must be enrolled in a graduate, bachelor's or associate's degree program and have completed at least one (1) semester of college
Interns must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role
Interns may or may not receive academic credit for the internship
Internships are temporary assignments offered for up to a maximum of four (4) semester periods
Intern work scheduled may vary depending upon course credit requirements, intern scheduling preferences, needs for time off, etc
Interns may work up to twenty (20) hours per week during the school year and up to thirty (30) hours per week during the summer
