Responsibilities
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
Review and correct data entries for accuracy and completeness across Airtable, particularly related to:
Site specific records for equipment shipments
Site handover between PM and Service
Vendor technician performance and certification tracking
Support standardization of data (such as site names and contract information) from various sources
Conduct regular data integrity checks and enforce data quality standards for field and vendor data
Understanding supply flows and service transitions to support cross-functionally
Ensure the strategic reduction of data correction efforts
Data Validation & Reconciliation
Perform periodic audits to identify, investigate, and resolve missing, outdated, or inconsistent records across systems
Reconcile project, technician, and service data between Airtable project databases and ServiceNow records
Partner with business units to correct discrepancies in a timely manner
Process Improvement
Recommend improvements to data entry, storage, and processing workflows to the Service Operations team
Collaborate with other departments, such as PM and FS, to streamline data governance processes
Compliance Support
Coordinate with compliance and cyber security teams during audits or vendor reviews
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in data quality, data operations, or systems coordination
Working knowledge of Excel, Airtable and ServiceNow
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficient in Excel for data reporting and reconciliation
Understanding of data governance principles and best practices
