Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain QuickBase apps: tables, forms, relationships, reports, roles/permissions
Develop and maintain QuickBase Pipelines and API integrations with CMIC; monitor, debug, and resolve integration issues
Provide Tier 1–2 user support and training; triage tickets, gather requirements, and deliver practical solutions
Validate and reconcile data using SQL and coordinate fixes with CMIC/ERP teams
Participate in sandbox testing and managed deployments
Qualification
Required
3+ years working with QuickBase or similar low-code platforms (app design, Pipelines, API usage)
Practical experience with integrations; CMIC experience preferred or demonstrated ERP integration work
Strong problem-solving, communication, and end-user support skills
Basic SQL querying ability
Preferred
Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript), familiarity with REST/JSON and OAuth
Accounting/ERP domain knowledge (AP, AR, GL, job costing) or construction industry experience
