Mid LevelAlvernia University is seeking a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Marketing to begin in August 2026. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate marketing courses, advise students, and engage in service to the department and university.

Teach undergraduate and graduate marketing courses in traditional day, accelerated adult, online, and hybrid formats
Advise and mentor students
Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and departmental initiatives
Engage in service to the department, college, and university consistent with Alvernia’s mission
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related field from an accredited institution (ABD candidates with an expected completion by May 2026 will be considered)
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and student engagement
Ability to integrate diverse pedagogical approaches in various learning environments
Defined research agenda and evidence of scholarly potential
Commitment to service within the department, university, and broader community
