Responsibilities

Help design the infrastructure and buildings that improve the world

Take an active role in building and site design as a specialist

Integrate protective design measures across all disciplines

Assimilate and integrate specialized protective design criteria and security features into design projects

Develop a wide range of protective design solutions in support of a varied client base

Develop and oversee construction documents which comply with security criteria

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or other relevant discipline from an accredited program

11-15 years of relevant experience

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance

Proficient with Microsoft Project™, Excel™, Word™

Proficient in AutoCAD™

Participant in NCARB AXP or NCEES FE

Preferred

Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect preferred

Experience in or desire to learn the design of physical security protective improvements for DoD, DHS, and other federal clients in the Mid-Atlantic is highly desirable

Proficient in Revit™

Experience with Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphics programs desirable

ASIS Protective Design Professional (PSP) certification is a plus
