Responsibilities
Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop IC systems
Support customers both on-site and remotely (via phone, email, Teams)
Partner with Process Analytics teams to support IC instruments in advanced process systems
Manage a dynamic schedule across a multi-state territory
Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline
2–4 years of hands-on experience repairing ion chromatography or related laboratory instrumentation
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Strong time management and the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally outside the region
Must pass pre-employment background check, education and employment verification, and a 10-panel drug screening (including marijuana)
Preferred
Previous experience traveling for field service work
Familiarity with process-based IC applications
