Responsibilities

Perform design and analysis for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and linear infrastructure projects

Support design of linear water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems for municipal utility upgrades

Prepare design calculations, drawings, technical reports, and condition assessments

Conduct field inspections and site assessments, as required

Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers on multi-disciplinary teams

Ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with client and regulatory standards

Adapt to evolving project needs while managing multiple priorities effectively

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field required

3–5 years of related engineering experience in water/wastewater design and infrastructure

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required

Strong technical foundation with ability to develop neat, accurate, and detail-oriented design calculations

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with peers, clients, and senior management as part of a team

Preferred

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred, with intent to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) license
