Ability to read and understand Contract Drawings and Specifications

Experience drafting subcontractor scopes or work

Contract negotiations

Logical and organized approach to completing tasks and solving problems

Full understanding of all Divisions of work

Must have a strong work ethic

Ability to forge relationships with client base

Ability to create, manage, and update project Schedule using industry software

Successful track record managing projects greater than $5M

Work location will be on the project site of the work at any time work is being performed unless an absence is approved

Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills and the ability to present information to supervisors, groups of clients, top management, or team
