Foundation Executive Director
International Community Health Services (ICHS) is a nationally recognized community health center that has provided care for over 50 years. The Foundation Executive Director will collaborate with the CEO and the Board of Directors to develop and execute the Foundation’s strategic plan and operational goals.

Develops and executes the Foundation’s strategic plan
Long-term goals, and operational plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field required. May substitute eight (8) years of relevant work experience for the required degree
Five (5) years in non-profit fundraising
Three (3) years of management experience including supervision of employees, volunteers and budget development
Three (3) years of donor development and grant writing
Five (5) years working with non-profit boards
Ability to travel within the Seattle area as needed
Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance required, if applicable
