Responsibilities

Perform QC reviews of servicing and sub-servicing loan files for:

Documentation accuracy

Compliance with IHDA and GSE guidelines

Preparation of reports for QC Manager review

Oversee sub-servicing vendor performance:

Review monthly reports and pipelines

Maintain written and verbal communication

Assist in rebuttal preparation for repurchase demands

Complete pre-funding and post-funding loan file reviews as assigned

Attend meetings and external audits as needed

Accurately update loan data in the Loan Origination System (LOS)

Provide support to team members and stay up to date with quarterly training requirements
