Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the stainless steel category
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners
Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiations
Partner with design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy
Represent EIS at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our capabilities and brand

Required

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, architectural products, or commercial interiors
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, client-focused solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
Willingness to travel (approximately 30–40%)
