Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow customer relationships, generate new opportunities, and drive revenue in the Construction & Agriculture (ConAg) market segment. In this role, you’ll lead sales initiatives, manage accounts, and work cross-functionally to align business growth with strategic goals—specifically within OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the ConAg space.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ConAg industry

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across key product lines and accounts

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Customer Operations) to meet customer needs

Deliver proposals, pricing models, and customer presentations

Support contract negotiations to ensure alignment with business goals

Track and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market data

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites

Provide input on sales strategy, product positioning, and market development

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and CRM usage
