Project Coordinator
SLSCO LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator who will work directly with the Project Team to manage the project's administrative functions. The role involves providing administrative support, maintaining contract documentation, and assisting with project information and material tracking.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to ensure effective office operations
Process and log subcontracts, insurance documentation, and other items required by the Contract as directed
Maintain and Update file management systems
Assist in preparing Accounts Receivables, including all contract required back-up materials
Assist in Coordinating New Hire Needs to include lodging, vehicle, etc
Prepare project information sheets as needed by the project
Maintain spreadsheets and assist in tracking material deliveries by project
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Data entry skills along with the ability to compile data-driven reports
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple priorities
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of QuickBooks
High School diploma
4+ years of relevant work experience
