Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining of real-time GNSS correction services
Develop new approach of monitoring and processes around monitoring the GNSS and IT Infrastructure
Monitoring and troubleshooting of the global CORS infrastructure (with main focus on Europe)
Provide 3rd level support to the Trimble Advanced Positioning customer care team. Give technical advice and answer general service questions

Required

Intermediate knowledge about GNSS system
Basic practical knowledge of IT networking
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Outgoing personality, easiness to reach out to people
Good verbal and written communication skills in English within technical context

Preferred

A bachelor's or associate's degree in geomatics, geodetic surveying, or related field
Experience in geodetic surveying and knowledge about GNSS systems with focus on GNSS corrections and positioning
Hands on experience with Trimble or other brand GNSS hard- and software
Experience in data analysis, working with metrics and building monitoring systems (e.g. tools Grafana, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, DataDog)
Basic programming skills in Python or PowerShell (with focus on data analysis or processes automation)
