Responsibilities

Collaborating with Project Managers for client communication and coordination
Create site plans for healthcare projects
Assist project teams in obtaining civil and environmental permits
Prepare construction documents for healthcare projects
Prepare engineering calculations
Coordinate with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals
Participate in project design/client meetings and charette sessions
Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on amenity spaces
Oversee construction administration activities

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeLand Development ExperiencePE LicensingAutoCAD Civil 3DClient Service MentalityTeam Player Mentality

Required

Degreed Civil Engineer
5+ years of experience in Land Development
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong client service mentality
Team player mentality

Preferred

PE Licensing strongly preferred
