They are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to bring the SeneGence brand to life across consumer and distributor channels by developing high-impact content that resonates with beauty-savvy consumers and drives sales.

Responsibilities
Write fresh, on-brand copy that reflects SeneGence’s personality and resonates with beauty-savvy consumers and our independent distributor network
Transform product features, ingredient benefits, and performance claims into compelling beauty narratives that inspire purchase and brand loyalty
Create grammatically correct, engaging copy in the SeneGence voice and tone for diverse global audiences
Support the creation of copy for seasonal launches, holiday collections, limited editions, and promotional events with language that excites and engages
Develop persuasive copy for email campaigns, product descriptions, e-commerce pages, social media posts, influencer kits, brochures, and training materials
Apply SEO best practices while incorporating trending beauty terms and language that aligns with consumer search behaviors
Interpret creative direction from product and promotional briefs into persuasive copy concepts with strong calls to action
Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, and Training teams to ensure messaging supports brand objectives and product positioning
Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Draft and review test emails using Campaign Monitor or similar email marketing tools, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and engagement
Contribute creative, trend-forward ideas for product names, shade names, and collection titles that align with the brand’s positioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
3–5 years of professional copywriting experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industries
Strong portfolio showcasing beauty-focused product storytelling, campaign work, and multi-channel content
Proven ability to write persuasive, benefit-driven copy that connects with beauty consumers
Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and writing for e-commerce and social platforms
Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
Must have working knowledge/experience with AP Style Book Style
Requires strong grammatical and verbal skills and must be an excellent speller
Requires strong computer and organizational skills, keen eye for details and the ability to verify all copy is accurately stated
Must be a strategic thinker, be self-motivated and possess a passion for writing in both logical creative styles
Must possess a positive, helpful attitude with active listening skills
Must be able to work independently and as a cooperative member of a team
Preferred
Innate creativity and experience writing copy for beauty/skincare preferred
Experience in direct sales/multi-level marketing/e-commerce
