They are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to manage and deliver complex land development projects, leading cross-disciplinary teams and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team that may include civil designers, AutoCAD technicians, and interns
Serve as the technical authority on all aspects of land development, from design through permitting and construction administration
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risks while ensuring all team members contribute to successful delivery
Oversee quality control by reviewing plans for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards
Plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, train, support, assign, and evaluate the work of the project team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar curriculum from ABET accredited college or university
Licensed to practice as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida, or ability to obtain a Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) within six (6) months of hire
Experience that includes Land Development Design for residential, commercial and industrial land development projects
Proficient skills using AutoCAD, WaterCadd, ICPR, and Excel
Familiar with collaborative working environments such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others, build effective and cohesive team
Ability to handle confidential materials with considerable personal tact and initiative
