Responsibilities
Manage client relationships, cultivating new business connections, and collaborating with the Business Development Team to identify IDOT PTB items to pursue
Managing PMs current IDOT Phase I, II or III engineering projects as well as County and Municipal Transportation projects
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business objectives
Monitor and manage the transportation department's backlog, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and timely resolution to meet operational goals
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain
A Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering is preferred)
15+ years of experience working on IDOT roadway and bridge design projects, and managing/mentoring civil engineering staff
Microsoft 365, MicroStation/Open Roads and Adobe (AutoCAD Civil 3D beneficial)
