Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to identify needs and attract quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Build a strong knowledge of organizational structure and the functions of supported business units
Develop and maintain strong relationships and communication with business leaders to learn specifics about the business, become familiar with standard positions and anticipate hiring needs
Identify, source, and engage top talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Coordinate and conduct interviews, partnering with team members and HR to ensure effective and equitable hiring decisions
Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staffing partners, and educational institutions
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to support talent pipeline development
Analyze hiring metrics and market data to inform and optimize recruiting strategies
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role with corporate recruiting
Experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Excellent interpersonal, influence, decision-making, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to deal with ambiguity, be flexible and adapt to changing environments
Attention to detail with a passion for getting the job done
Authorization to work in the U.S
Passport or ability to obtain passport
Preferred
Experience in a high-tech environment highly desired
Experience as a generalist recruiter in a high-volume environment preferred
Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace
