Responsibilities
Receiving timecards and calculating hours to be paid while maintaining the accuracy of hours to be paid
Processing payroll including the time entry and verification, generating payroll checks and direct deposits
Processing new hires, verifying onboarding packets for completion, creating employee records and data entry
Updating employee records such as assignments, pay/bill rates, and termination
Working with HR to ensure adherence to company and state policies
Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
Process required documents for payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and deductions
Qualification
Required
Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Professional attitude and appearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
