The role involves planning and organizing workflow, providing technical oversight on various project components, and collaborating with the project team to develop solutions for commercial site development design projects.

Responsibilities
Work directly with the client and are responsible for the planning and organizing of workflow
Providing technical oversight of various project components
Overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details and specifications, as well as plan reviews and modifications
Collaborate with the project team to develop creative solutions to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges that may arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professionally licensed in Ohio
Site civil development experience
10+ years work experience in the civil engineering is required
Preferred
A self-starter that demonstrates dependability and consistent work efforts
Ability to work independently and enjoys working in a team environment, enjoys mentoring others
Planning and organization capabilities with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly
Consistent work effort and dependability
