Responsibilities

Provide technical and commercial due-diligence support for Independent Engineering (IE) and Technical Advisory (TA) projects across energy storage, solar + storage, and hybrid renewable portfolios

Support project financing, tax equity, sales, and acquisition transactions by evaluating project contracts, financial models, technical designs, and documentation to assess risk, performance, and bankability

Integrate input from multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent, high-quality advisory reports for clients that include lenders, developers, and investors

Engage directly with clients, guiding internal contributors, and helping shape UL’s technical advisory practice through mentorship, thought leadership, and business development participation
