Responsibilities
Install and maintain automation equipment and communication instruments throughout New Mexico and West Texas
Program, configure, modify PLC (Allen Bradley 5000/500) to ensure operational efficiency and reliability
Install and calibrate numerous level, pressure, and temperature transmitters on crucial production equipment
Be able to read and interpret new facility drawing packages to ensure proper commissioning of new wells and new production facilities
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various communication devices located at remote operational facilities
Perform testing on all new and existing devices for functionality, shutdowns, and alarm notifications
Project Management skills and experience
Qualification
Required
Understanding of industrial communication equipment and systems
PLC programming (Allen Bradley Studio 5000) and configurations
Experience in installing and maintaining automation equipment and communication instruments
Ability to program, configure, and modify PLC (Allen Bradley 5000/500)
Experience in installing and calibrating level, pressure, and temperature transmitters
Ability to read and interpret facility drawing packages
Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining communication devices
Experience in performing testing on devices for functionality, shutdowns, and alarm notifications
