Responsibilities

Assist in creating visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media posts, presentations, and signage for real estate projects and homebuilding initiatives

Help ensure brand consistency across all design assets, including logo usage, color schemes, fonts, and imagery, to maintain the integrity of the company's visual identity

Design graphics for use on the company website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas for design projects that support marketing strategies and promotional efforts

Edit and retouch photos for marketing materials, websites, and social media to enhance the visual appeal of our projects

Assist in the production and organization of design assets for upcoming events, homebuilder showcases, and other promotional efforts

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project needs, deadlines, and design requirements, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery of design projects

Provide support for any other design-related tasks that may arise, including revisions, updates to existing collateral, and assistance with new marketing campaigns
