They are seeking an Endoscopy Tech to assist in providing safe and effective GI and endoscopy procedures by preparing equipment, supporting patients, and maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities
Preparing procedure rooms and endoscopy equipment, verifying equipment is in proper working order, and keeping supplies organized and stocked
Helping position and transport patients safely and comfortably while using proper body mechanics to protect both patients and yourself
Supporting physicians and nurses during procedures, including handling instruments, collecting specimens, and following proper safety practices
Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing endoscopy equipment, and keeping accurate records for quality and safety
Communicating with kindness and compassion to patients and families, keeping them informed, and supporting their privacy and comfort throughout their care
Qualification
Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Specialized training in endoscopy technology
Endoscopy certification
