Cash Management Support Specialist

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Cash Management services, providing support and troubleshooting for various banking operations and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for Cash Management-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating to the Cash Management team as needed
Monitor and support Positive Pay services daily, including addressing customer inefficiencies and assisting with follow-ups
Assist ACH users with file uploads, limit modifications, and troubleshooting inquiries
Provide support for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) customers, ensuring smooth system operations
Collaborate with Digital Banking, Deposit Operations, and Office Managers to deliver integrated support
Serve as a backup for the Cash Management Specialist and Private Bankers when required
Offer support for Digital Wire-related issues and inquiries
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent coursework; or 2–3 years of experience in banking or financial services
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
AAP Certification is desirable but not required
