Prepare pleadings
Take depositions
Prepare substantive motions in state and federal courts
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Intellectual Property experience
Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
Preferred
Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus
