Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a working environment focused on customer satisfaction

Identify and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints

Responsible for completing weekly schedule for the oil department

Responsible for enforcing Car Spa Policies and Procedures relating to your department

Train all Oil Center employees according to the Car Spa certification process

Staffing Levels – Responsible for making sure that the oil department is fully staffed with enough employees to meet each days staffing demands

Schedule Oil Center employees based on staffing model

Inspect and assess performance and skills of Oil Center employees

Perform all job responsibilities as outlined in the job descriptions for each Oil Center employee

Conduct 30-day and annual performance evaluations for all Oil Center employees

Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed to employees to maintain standards and improve performance

Maintain and inspect Oil Center equipment

Monitor and manage Oil Center inventory

Conduct on-going safety training and meetings

Responsible for managing payroll budget

Achieve profitability goals

Maintain accurate records and reporting

Conduct physical inventory monthly

Maintain a positive relationship with suppliers

If you are scheduled off and the location is severely under the model due to short staffing, wither aid in getting more staff in or be available to come in

Make initial contact with all customers and suggest services based on manufacturer recommendations

Ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all government standards

Perform opening and closing duties
