Responsibilities

Design land development projects (commercial, industrial, residential)
Complete due diligence, design, and permitting processes for site development projects
Assist Project Managers in communication with clients and regulatory agencies
Lead projects delegated by Project Managers
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
Review work of junior staff and provide feedback
Provide periodic construction observation and office support for projects under construction

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeLand Development ExperienceAutoCAD Civil 3DEIT CertificationPE Certification

Required

Must be a degreed Civil Engineer
4+ years in Land Development

Preferred

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
EIT or PE preferred
