Responsibilities
Rotate between Lending/Credit, Insurance, and Investments, supporting daily operations and learning from experienced professionals
Engage with clients, assist with sales initiatives, and develop an understanding of financial products
Work on assigned projects designed to enhance industry knowledge and practical skills
Research industry trends and prepare insights to support business decisions
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Interest in sales, financial services, and relationship management
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
