Engineer I - Land Development
Clymer Farner Barley, Inc. (CFB) is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in civil engineering and land surveying services. They are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Engineer I to support senior engineers and project managers on various civil projects, gaining real-world experience and mentorship in the process.
Civil EngineeringMapping Services
Responsibilities
Assist with civil engineering design using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software
Support design teams with calculations, plan production, and data collection for permitting and construction
Conduct field work and site visits as directed by senior engineers
Collaborate with other disciplines to support project delivery from start to finish
Prepare and contribute to technical reports and documentation
Learn and apply CFB’s standards, client expectations, and civil engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in office and field settings
Preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
