Account Executive - New Logo
Kipu Health is dedicated to enhancing patient care in the behavioral health sector through innovative solutions. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and generating interest in Kipu Health's offerings, while maintaining accurate sales tracking and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities
Identify potential clients within our target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news
Generate interest in Kipu Health solutions through cold calling and following up on company-provided hot leads
Cross-selling to an existing base of clients with our CRM and RCM solutions
Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone, via e-mail, and face-to-face visits
Enter all activity into Salesforce
Maintain accurate up-to-date sales lead tracking and pipeline
A proven track record of accurate forecasting and meeting established targets
Learn the benefits and features of our industry-leading brand and sustain the knowledge to nurture success
Educate prospects, coordinate, and present demonstrations
Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
Build a strong foundation of industry knowledge to expertly handle client objections
Qualification
Required
2 to 4 years of work experience as a business development professional, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal
Proficient in a sales methodology such as GAP, Sandler, Challenger, etc
Track record of over-achieving established targets
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Passion for technology and a willingness to learn
The desire to grow and succeed
Preferred
Experience within the Addiction Treatment and Behavioral Health Industry
Experience in EMR or general SaaS sales
