Great Kitchens Food Company is seeking a Senior Dynamics Business Analyst / Business Reporting to focus on understanding the business data, processes, and reporting in Dynamics 365. This role involves maintaining Dynamics 365 and serving as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring effective communication and support for end users.

Food Production

Responsibilities

Full understanding of the data housed in D365
Full understanding of the business processes that drives D365
Liaison between business units and IT regarding D365
Maintain and support SK Global’s Treasury Automation and SignUp Software’s Exflow modules
End user support for all D365 user questions and issues
Report writing utilizing MS Power BI, Sigma and Jet reports
Work with EDI Coordinator on D365 / EDI issues
Performing staff & user training as well as writing user documentation
Update D365 and its’ modules. Also update data in Test and Stage environments
Utilize Great Kitchen’s helpdesk ticketing system

Qualification

Microsoft D365ERP solutionsPower BICommunication skillsMicrosoft OfficeProcess recommendationsTraining skills

Required

2 to 4 years experience with an ERP solution in a manufacturing and or distribution environment. (Oracle, AX, D365 or similar)
Experience reviewing business needs, researching potential solutions and providing solid process and technical recommendations
Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
Ability to communicate technical aspects to non-technical shareholders
Bachelor's/Associate's degree
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI

Preferred

Microsoft D365 implementation and integrations preferred
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SK Global Treasury Automation and SignUp's Exflow preferred
