Retail Maintenance Engineer

White Elephant Resorts is a premier employer seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their property maintenance engineering team. The role involves maintaining the general condition of the retail property, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting other engineering personnel as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain the general condition of the retail property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping and preventative maintenance work

Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program

Check work orders, make rounds checking these problem areas and note any information needed or safety concerns in the retail areas

Schedule work in accordance with preventive maintenance program, coordinating with the Operations Manager

Perform general maintenance to Retail public areas

Assist other engineering personnel as instructed by Operations Manager in regards to routine and preventive maintenance

Required
