Director of Consumer Sales
Signature Solar is a company focused on enhancing customer experience in the solar industry. As the Director of Consumer Sales, you will lead the strategy for customer engagement and sales growth, overseeing retail distribution, inside sales, and solar design sales to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities
Manage inventory, vendor partnerships, product placement, and logistics to deliver timely, effective solutions to retail partners
Lead a team handling customer inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets through consistent customer engagement
Guide the team that consults with customers, develops system designs and proposals, and ensures accuracy by working closely with operations and technical teams
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
Lead and inspire a team of CX and retail sales professionals, fostering a culture of customer-centricity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer experience and sales goals
Analyze and map the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
Implement strategies to enhance customer touch-points throughout their journey
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets, and evaluating their performance
Create sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments
Collect, analyze, and act upon customer feedback, reviews, and surveys to drive continuous improvement
Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to enhance sales CX
Identify and streamline internal processes that impact the customer experience
Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stay up-to-date with CX technology trends and implement relevant tools to support customer interactions and data analysis
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and report on the success of department initiatives
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall business goals

Qualification
Required
10 plus years of proven experience in a senior level customer experience and sales leadership role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
