Responsibilities
Complete daily picking, packing, and shipping goals in a timely manner
Accurately record all product information and movement through the proper use of scanning equipment and tracking systems
Operate all equipment safely and productively while following company guidelines and safety practices
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Cross-training in other areas of the distribution center, including receiving incoming packages, marketplace orders, and motor freight orders
Cross-training product assembly
Qualification
Required
Exceptional accuracy and detail in shipping process
Ability to complete daily picking, packing, and shipping goals in a timely manner
Accurately record all product information and movement through the proper use of scanning equipment and tracking systems
Operate all equipment safely and productively while following company guidelines and safety practices
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Cross-training in other areas of the distribution center, including receiving incoming packages, marketplace orders, and motor freight orders
Cross-training product assembly
Organized and detail-oriented
Beginner to intermediate-level computer proficiency
Ability to follow procedures methodically
Manual dexterity for working with small components
Position involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weigh 25 – 40lb and handling packages up to 150lb
Standing and stooping for long periods of time may be required
Positive attitude and willingness to become an expert
Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred
Shipping and assembly experiences are a plus
