Responsibilities
Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s IT Infrastructure
Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT Staff
Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
Develop, manage, and track the IT department’s annual budget
Ensure that IT and network infrastructure adequately supports the company’s computing and communication needs
Communicates goals, projects, and timelines of the company to the department
Identifies new IT developments and technologies, anticipates organizational modification
Collaboration with other member of Leadership to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving business and financial goals
Conduct performance evaluations in a timely and constructive manner
Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other related field
7+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop orderly processes to accomplish those goals
Excellent managerial skills
Thorough understanding of information technology and information technology systems
Communicates Effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
