Health Choice Network is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Epic Integration Analyst to support the design, build, and maintenance of EHR interfaces and data integrations within its enterprise systems. The role involves serving as the primary support contact for end-users, ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency across clinical and operational systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support contact for application end-users, providing timely and effective resolution of technical issues
Identify and troubleshoot issues within assigned application areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system impacts
Work closely with the Integrations and Business Intelligence teams to monitor and resolve interface errors within the EHR
Configure and maintain FHIR APIs, HL7 interfaces, and application-level settings to ensure data interoperability and optimal performance
Design, build, and test system workflows in alignment with operational and clinical requirements
Analyze technical issues within the EHR and recommend appropriate system enhancements
Implement requested configuration changes, updates, and improvements based on user and organizational needs
Maintain regular communication with EHR vendor representatives and participate in weekly project and status meetings
Collaborate with internal business owners, clinical stakeholders, and end-users to ensure systems meet organizational goals
Participate in training sessions and provide support to end-users on new features and workflows
Conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution in collaboration with technical and application teams
Hold weekly meetings with team members to review project deliverables, discuss shared issues, and prepare for upcoming milestones
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant data security standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Epic Ambulatory Certification required
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and interpret user needs effectively
Working knowledge of interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7
Understanding of Population Health, Community Health, and Public Health workflows
Knowledge of healthcare information systems, EHR architecture, and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis or integration tools
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and operational teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Epic Bridges Certification preferred
Previous experience in a nonprofit or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment preferred
Prior customer service or application support experience preferred
